The foundation of the Modern Village Project was laid in Tan Urla

The groundbreaking ceremony of Tan Urla project realised by Tanyer Yapı in Urla Bademler was held with the participation of the company's solution partners and Tan Urla residents. Münir Tanyer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tanyer Yapı, stated that they blended the natural village life of the Aegean with modern architecture and presented it to the taste of investors,and said that Tan Urla is in demand both at home and abroad.

Giving information about the latest status of the project, Münir Tanyer said, "We received the licence for Tan Urla, as a modern village project. We held the groundbreaking ceremony together with the solution partners of our company and the residents of Tan Urla. This was a very important start for us. We are at this point in our 15-year adventure, which started with the construction of zoning plans. Starting is half of finishing.

We will deliver the commercial areas of the Tan Urla project together with social facilities after 36 months. We are happy to bring another important living space to both Izmir and Urla."

AN ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY PROJECT

Münir Tanyer stated that they will realise a contemporary, environmentalist and human-oriented housing project and emphasised that Tan Urla will add value to the region with the opportunities it offers. Tanyer continued as follows: " Tan Urla will appeal to both the building estate and the region in general. We will establish a village square for social events, meetings and demonstrations. There will also be shops such as a health centre, pharmacy, handicrafts, tailor, shoe repair shop, nursery and pet shop to meet various needs. We have also paid special attention to green areas and hobby gardens. We will utilise solar energy. There will also be AC and DC fast charging stations for electric vehicles, the value of which is increasingly recognised in Tan Urla.

In addition to healthy living facilities, there will also be a health centre. Beauty and sports centre will be at the forefront. We will also host our guests with our chef restaurants reflecting the gastronomic culture and local flavours of Urla. We will also offer hotel and accommodation within the project. We also want to organise colourful events with music concerts and concerts in Turkish art music and other genres in different areas within the project. We are working for the residents of Tan Urla to live an extremely comfortable and healthy life."

WILL ADD VALUE TO THE REGION

Drawing attention to the fact that the project attracts the attention of investors from both Turkey and abroad with its location and facilities, Münir Tanyer gave the following information : "As life continues, people's need for housing will continue. For this reason, we act with the concept of life intertwined with nature for the comfort of people.

We do not compromise from the principles and designs determined by architect Nevzat Sayın at the beginning of the project. We show the same care in the interior designs of the buildings. We welcome our guests in our presentation office.

Tan Urla is situated on a gateway to the peninsula and the region is very open to development. We are also very close to Seferihisar, Sığacık Bay, Azmak Bay, Çeşme and Kuşadası axis. The project has a commercial area of 20 thousand square metres. We believe that Tan Urla will add value to the whole region and become a centre of attraction."
