ShOtCrete

It is a way of reinforcement usually applied with anchor method. Concrete is sprayed on steep slopes, basis, tunnels and mines. It is used when a safe and fast work is needed.

Concrete is put and compressed in a pattern by using special equipment but shotcrete is used without any patterns. Compressio force is provided by the material with a high speed coming out of the nozzles with high pressure. The content of the mixture can change; for example: for a thickness of 50-60cm at one time in a tunnel construction, some additive substances can be used to increase the outleting.

As Tanyer Construction we have used over 12.000 square metres of mini shotcrete in our projects.
