PROJECT FEATURES

EARTHQUAKE SAFETY AND CONSTRUCTION: Ground surveys are certificated by İzmir Chamber of Geology Engineers and all the static calculations are completed according to the underground tomography. Reinforced concrete quality of the main carrier system is C30; ribbed iron is used. Substructure is made using raft system.

ELECTRICITY: Includes central power plant. Central television system and digital broadcasts are transmitted to all the rooms separately. Audio Video door systems are used. Sensored light systems are used in the stairways.

HEATING: Hot water and heating systems suitable for natural gas are applied.

ELEVATOR: Frequency controlled, with intercom systems, for 5 people according to the block height, chromium-plated with double door elevators are used.

INSULATION: Exterior walls of the buildings are insulated with 4cm-EPS and compatible materials and paint systems; so that heat isolation is maximized. Also sound insulation is applied with 3mm insulation materials.

FIRE: There are fire plugs at all stairways to provide the fastest intervention in case of emergency.

CAR PARK: There is a 5-floor car park for 200 vehicles.

GARDEN: There are automatic irrigation and illumination systems compatible with the landscape project. A semi-Olympic pool and a pool for kids,a sauna and a fitness saloon are also in use for all the site residents easily.

JOINERY SYSTEMS FOR WINDOWS: Aluminum joinery systems + double glazing and automatic window shades are applied.
 

INTERIOR SPACES:

Entrance doors: Wood coated steel doors with natural slats are used.

Bamboo coated wood doors are used.

Anteroom + Hallways + Rooms + Saloon: Satin paints are applied.

Kitchen: Cupboard covers, drawers are vacuum covered, chassis is laminated of MDF, kitchen bench is of LG brand.

Built-in Products: All the built-in products (cooker, paddle box, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher) are Franke brand and all of them are ready to use.

Bathroom: Ceramics and tiles are imported goods. All the reservoir system is flush and of Hansgrohe brand; shower trays and cabins are of Artemis brand; washbasin and closets are of Duravid brand.

All the taps are of Hansgrohe brand.

Air Conditioners: There is one in the saloon with a capacity of 18.000btu and one in the bedroom with a capacity of 9.000btu, both of Airfel brand and ready to use.
