Investment Move by Tanyer Yapı to Expand the Tan Urla Project

Tanyer Yapı bought 44 decares of land belonging to the treasury, located opposite the village of Urla Bademler, by placing the highest bid in the tender held by the Provincial Directorate of National Real Estate.

Münir Tanyer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tanyer Yapı, which is the new owner of the land with a price of 45 million TL, emphasized that with this land next to Tan Urla, for which they are continuing the preparations, the project has gained a wider area and has various functions.

Expressing that they will respond to the demands of those who want to integrate with modern life and nature with the Tan Urla project, Tanyer said that with this new purchase, the number of residences will increase and the project has attracted interest both in our country and abroad.

Münir Tanyer also noted that as Tanyer Yapı, they will bring together the elements of modern architecture and authentic village life with the Tan Urla project across the Urla Bademler Village.
