Project About

Altın Vadi, the foundation of which was laid in 2000 and completed in 2003, is one of the first brand projects of Tanyer Yapı in the region. It consists of 5 blocks and 88 flats. In the project, where each of the houses is located on the land according to the unique sea and mountain view of Narlıdere, the apartments also have a view of the swimming pool or the Izmir bay. Golden Valley; It is one of the first projects that introduced the homeowners in the region with comfort and security standards such as vegetation suitable for the landscape project, automatic lighting and irrigation system, 24-hour private security system, parking lot for 100 cars.

Project Presentation

8.450 square meter of land for usage

5 blocks with 88 flats with a sight of screnery. 2 flats on each floor looks at the swimming pool and Bay of İzmir.

Each flat has a 150square meter of gross and 118 square meter of net usage area.

3 rooms and 1 saloon with laminate flooring.

Master bedroom has a master bath and WC and the floors of the anteroom and kitchen are fitted with first class soil seramic.

Window joineries are of Feniş brand aluminium and heat insulated with double glass.

Plumbing is appropriate for thermal heating.

There is a site management office.

There are 4 flats for doormen.

There are 5 warehouses for the flats.


Construction Process

Its construction started in 2000 and after several steps this 5-block project finished in 2003. With the residence permissions all the families moved into their homes.

Security is provided by a private guard system for 24 hours.
