Altin Ova, the foundation of which was laid in 2003; It is a project consisting of 6 blocks and 120 flats. As in all of Tanyer Yapı's projects, the site, which has a unique nature and sea view, is located next to universities, hospitals and shopping malls; There are standards such as swimming pool, planting suitable for landscaping projects, automatic lighting and irrigation, 24-hour private security system, parking lot for 200 cars, garden irrigation with artesian and hydrophore.
